Lending criteria

Savings Requirement

  • Minimum of €20 in your savings.

Ability to Repay

  • We must establish that a borrower is able to afford the loan repayments, including interest, for the full duration of the loan.

Main Terms & Conditions

  • Minimum loan amount: €15,000. Maximum loan amount: €75,000. Maximum Loan duration: 10 Years. 50% of the loan amount issued must be paid direct to suppliers/providers. 5.11% rate applies on having achieved a BER rating of B2 or higher following completion of green renovations.
